Nate started Nfin8 Hearts with the belief that families need more than schedules and screens — they need each other. His own story of finding connection through play with his mom is the heartbeat behind what we do. With years of leading teams and building organizations, Nate brings both the vision and the grit. He’s involved in every part of the work, from planning to showing up on site, but his real focus is making sure Nfin8 Hearts stands on a mission bigger than himself. 

Lisa leads the play families see and feel at every event. With experience working with children and parents in a variety of settings, she knows how to guide activities so both grown ups and littles are pulled into the fun. She works closely with Nfin8 staff, giving them confidence and clarity in their roles, and keeps the energy moving so no one feels left out. Whether it’s inflatables, relays, or crafts, Lisa makes sure the laughter is shared, the pace feels natural, and families leave with memories that last. 

April shapes the strategy behind our events and brings people and plans together so everything runs smoothly. She has spent years helping teams move in the same direction, which shows in how she lines up staff, resources, and flow for each event. April is passionate about mobilizing people — making sure everyone knows their part and feels supported — so families only see the joy, not the stress behind it. Her strength is taking big vision and translating it into events that work, raising both connection and impact. 

May is the voice that keeps families and partners connected between events. With a background in content and community engagement, she knows how to share stories in ways that feel personal and real. She spends her time building relationships online and offline, making sure people feel seen and welcomed into what we’re doing. May helps carry the mission beyond a single event, reminding families and partners that Nfin8 Hearts isn’t just about one day of play — it’s about staying connected to a bigger purpose.
