Nfin8 Hearts – Event Waiver, Release & Assumption of Risk

1. Acknowledgment of Activities and Risks

I understand that my participation, and the participation of my minor child(ren), in Nfin8 Hearts activities involves inherent risks. Activities may include, but are not limited to:

Risks include, but are not limited to: slips, trips, falls, collisions with people or equipment, sprains, fractures, dehydration, illness, allergic reactions, and—though rare—serious injury or death.

2. Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily choose to participate, and/or allow my child(ren) to participate, with full knowledge of the risks involved. I accept and assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation in these activities, whether caused by my own actions, the actions of my child(ren), other participants, Nfin8 Hearts staff or volunteers, equipment, or environmental conditions.

3. Release and Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I, for myself, my child(ren), and anyone claiming through us, hereby release, waive, and discharge Nfin8 Hearts, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, venue partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, and liabilities of any kind arising out of or related to participation in Nfin8 Hearts activities, including those caused by negligence, except for claims arising solely from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4. Indemnification

I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nfin8 Hearts and the above-released parties from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from participation by myself or my child(ren), including any claim brought by a third party.

5. Supervision

I understand that all children remain under the direct care, custody, and supervision of their parent/guardian at all times. Nfin8 Hearts staff and volunteers are not responsible for child supervision.

6. Photo & Media Release

I have read the Photo & Media Policy and either consent or decline as indicated at check-in or in the booking form. I understand that general crowd shots may include me or my child(ren) and cannot be fully excluded from public media.

7. Medical Authorization

In the event of injury or medical emergency, I authorize Nfin8 Hearts staff, venue partners, or emergency responders to arrange for medical treatment, and I accept financial responsibility for any associated costs.

8. Binding Agreement

This agreement is binding on me, my child(ren), and our heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. If any part is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
