This is the boring page that keeps your event fun.
A small deposit secures your date. You get a confirmation by email. Your balance is due after the event once everything is packed and checked. If we cancel for weather or a covered safety reason, your deposit is refunded.
Good to know
Dates fill fast during school family nights and church seasons.
You can hold a backup date if your venue is still confirming.
Life changes. If you need to cancel, we will work with you to reschedule at no cost. If a new date does not work, we will talk through options that make sense for your event.
We deliver, set up, and walk your organizer through the plan. If staff is added, we also guide play and handle pack out.

How we decide
We follow manufacturer and insurance guidance for wind, lightning, heavy rain, and extreme heat or cold.
We will make the final call with you well before families arrive.
We carry general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance can be sent to your venue on request. Some events require simple waivers at check in. We will provide those when needed.
We accept ACH, check, or card. Fundraising events can use ticketing, sponsor support, or a mix. We will match the payment flow to your event.
Our team can run the full play experience. Volunteers are welcome. We will give simple roles, quick training, and a one page guide so everyone feels ready.
Tents, tables, shaded seating, sound system, signage, insured staff, waivers, a certificate of insurance, and themed craft kits are available. Ask if you need something special.
Activities are designed for a wide range of ages and abilities. We can create a quiet space, reduce sound, adjust rules, and add visual cues. Tell us what would help your families.
Most inflatables need a flat, open area and access to standard power. We can bring a generator if power is not available. We can walk your space by phone with a quick video if that helps.
Grass is best. Indoor spaces, turf, and hard surfaces work with sandbags and mats. We do not set up on gravel. We avoid staking near irrigation lines.
We handle setup and pack out. Normal wear is on us. If gear is damaged by misuse, loss may be billed at repair or replacement cost. Spills and trash happen. We carry basic cleanup supplies.
Food trucks and concessions pair well with play. Keep food and drinks outside inflatables and off game mats. For craft days we can provide an allergy friendly list of materials on request.
Families love a quick photo. We never post names. If you prefer no photos, tell us at check in and we will give a simple dot sticker to opt out.
Please make restrooms or hand washing available for staff and families when possible, especially for longer events and craft days.
For safety, no pets inside play zones. Smoking and alcohol stay away from play areas. Your venue rules always apply first.
We carry basic first aid. For any serious issue we pause play and follow your site plan. Safety comes first.
We post clear guidelines at each inflatable or station. Ask our team if you are unsure about age or group size for a specific activity.
Please reserve a nearby parking spot or loading area. We will move fast and stay out of the way of regular traffic.
We can match your event to simple fundraising ideas that work, like ticketing, sponsor tables, or a give jar at craft stations. Our goal is connection first and easy dollars raised second.
Wow, you actually made it to the end of the policies. Gold star. Now go book some family fun before we write another paragraph.
